This position will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining the Salesforce environment to support internal teams and enhance business processes. This individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure the Salesforce platform supports Omatic Software's growth initiatives and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing:

Salesforce Configuration & Maintenance
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, workflows, permission sets, and custom objects.
  • Perform system configurations (reports, dashboards, automation, page layouts, etc.).
  • Monitor system health and ensure data integrity through deduplication and cleanup.
  • Manage key integrations to other third-party applications (Salesloft, Gong, Hubspot, ChurnZero, Intacct, etc.).
  • Manage the growth and evolution of accounts, contacts, and other objects to support the company as it scales and expands into new markets.
  • Maintain the customer support site, knowledge base, and Service Cloud setup.
  • Manage any Salesforce apps / add-ons that are needed to achieve business outcomes.

Process Optimization
  • Design and implement solutions to improve business processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and support teams.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and processes using flows, validation rules, and formulas.
  • Establish and maintain the infrastructure and reporting used by leadership teams enabling them to draw insights and manage their teams.

User Enablement & Adoption
  • Train users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features to maximize adoption.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain proper documentation and training associated with Salesforce setups for users to reference and self-guide.
  • Create guidelines and usages for external customer support site user management in partnership with Support team.

Collaboration with Key Stakeholders
  • Work with sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams to gather requirements and enhance Salesforce capabilities.
  • Partner with external vendors or developers for advanced customization as needed.

Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends, and implement best practices for scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance platform efficiency and performance.

Experience
  • Salesforce Admin experience required (2+ years) (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom Salesforce configurations).
  • CPQ / Gong / Salesloft / ChurnZero experience a plus.
  • SaaS industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in teams in an agile setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within the business.

Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, workflows, validation rules, and automation (e.g. flows).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
  • Manage all user rights as Omatic employees are onboarded, offboarded, and change positions.
  • Experience with visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software.

Certification's
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Advanced Administrator Certification or Platform App Builder (preferred)
